Chief Govt Officer
YFA Connections, based as a non-profit in 1969, supplies substance use dysfunction and psychological well being therapy for adults, school-based psychological well being companies for youth, and emergency shelter companies for at-risk youth.
On behalf of the Board of Administrators, the CEO is answerable for the day-to-day operation of the company, together with administrative, fiscal, program and personnel, and performs such different duties as permitted or directed by the Board of Administrators. The CEO shall serve underneath the supervision of the Board of Administrators and shall be answerable for all selections relating to the day-to-day operations of the company. The CEO might be an ex officio member of the Board with out voting rights.
Important Abilities and Expertise
• Graduate diploma in social companies, enterprise, or public administration.
• In depth expertise in fiscal administration, budgeting, grant writing, program administration and personnel supervision.
• 5 years company and/or program administration expertise.
• Potential to speak successfully with employees, Board of Administrators, and neighborhood companions.
• Demonstrated capacity to handle a number of packages, deadlines, and initiatives.
Desired Abilities and Expertise
• Licensed Psychological Well being Counselor or Licensed Scientific Social Employee in State of Washington
• Substance Use Dysfunction Skilled
