The Central Financial institution of Madagascar

Aivo Andrianarivelo has been appointed governor of the Central Financial institution of Madagascar after Henri Rabarijohn resigned.

The central financial institution introduced the information on January 4. It mentioned Rabarijohn, who took workplace in November 2019 and had nearly two years remaining in his time period, had stepped down “for well being causes”. 

Andrianarivelo has been an government director on the Worldwide Financial Fund since February 2020. In Madagascar, he headed the Portage and Privatisation Fund between 2008 and 2020.
